The tea contains both the flower and the stamens (the highest quality part of the plant). The tincture is extracted in organic glycerin and is a 1:1 ratio. Our Blue Lotus essential oil is steam distilled with no hidden fillers.

About The Herb
Organic Blue Lotus aka Blue Water Lily is a well known herb that has many uses. It’s most popular uses are for lucid dreaming practices, reducing social anxiety, or helping one relax into sleep or a meditative state. Enhance vivid visualizations during dream state by taking blue lotus before bed. It is said to open ones third eye, and therefore enhancing our awareness of the spirit world. It has mild sedative properties which make it effective for boosting mood and relieving stress.
The tincture gives a quick, convenient way to get a potent dose of blue lotus, generally used before sleep for lucid dreaming and relaxation.
The tea gives a more subtle experience, generally used in ceremony or meditation or before sleep.
The essential oil can be used as a perfume or for aromatherapy.
