He Shou Wu or Fo-Ti: This herb has successfully been used for hair loss for thousands of years, with many individual people reporting their positive effects from around the world. In fact, the herb was actually named for this property: He Shou Wu translates to Mr. He’s Black Hair in English. Not only does this herb stop the hair from falling out, but it increases the actual thickness and colour of the hair shaft itself. It works by blocking the hormone DHT, which is responsible for hair falling. In Chinese medicine, hair is considered an extension of the blood, and when blood mass is low, hair begins to fall out. He Shou Wu helps build blood and provide essential nutrients for healthy blood cells. Not only does it help produce red blood cells, but white blood cells and increases the actual mass of the blood.

Nettle: An incredible herb to enhance blood circulation to the scalp and delivers its potent nutrients such as silica and iron. It also blocks DHT, the hormone responsible for hair falling. Directions

Take 1 full dropper 3 times a day. Be sure to take it consistently to receive its benefits. I usually suggest people take it for 1-4 months (at least) so it has time to do its job. One bottle is about a month supply.
